The system that replaces the notebook, the spreadsheet, and the apps you're juggling today
SUBELO brings together IMEI inventory, invoicing, cash register control, repairs, warranties, purchasing, and payroll — because a generic point-of-sale system was never built for how a phone store actually runs.

Everything you handle separately today, in one system
IMEI-based inventory
Every phone is registered by its IMEI, condition, storage, and color. You know exactly which physical unit you sold — not just "an iPhone 13."
Flexible invoicing
Cash, credit, or financed sales, with multiple price tiers, discounts, and printable or PDF receipts.
Real cash register control
Shift open/close, expected cash vs. counted cash, and every pending payment resolved from the same screen.
Controlled repairs
From "received" to "delivered" with clear statuses — and no way to mark a device delivered before it's been paid for.
Repair warranties
Each repair keeps its warranty period on record, so a claim never comes down to guessing.
Payroll and commissions
Salary, overtime, and sales or technician commission calculated automatically when you run payroll.
How it's used day to day
Built for whoever's at the counter, not just the owner.
- A salesperson looks up a phone by model or scans the IMEI and checks it out in seconds, trade-in included if there is one.
- A technician receives the device, logs the issue, and updates the status as work progresses — the customer gets a WhatsApp notice the moment it's ready.
- A cashier opens their shift, takes payments through the day, and closes it seeing whether the cash matches — without needing anyone to explain it.
- The owner checks Reports whenever they want: today's sales, pending commissions, receivables, inventory value — without asking anyone for anything.
